Sample apllication "Multiple_History_Requests" doesn’t work

Hi,
I’ve tried to run example “Multiple_History_Requests”. At the start I got a dialog box with request for user name. I’ve tried to use my account’s user name, but with no success.
Which user name I have use to make the application work?

You must subscribe to the API in order for the samples to work. Please contact your sales representative or Customer Service to add this to your account.
